TRUST system summary of benefits:

1. Secure the deeds by freeing any encumbrance on the properties.

2. Handing the Deeds to a trustee and signing them into a Deed of Trust in favour of the clients.

3. Laying Property Plus and its associated companies dormant so it cannot trade and therefore cannot fall into debt or bankruptcy.

4. The clients now pay the trustee to trade/run the platform on their behalf. In return the clients receive a guaranteed 1 GBP limit of liability towards any debts that may incur during the winding up period of the fund (after 25 years or when the funds’ value has hit target, whichever comes first).

5. Every five years the administrator may exercise the right to value the fund. If the fund has hit/exceeded target before the 25 year term they may call the Clients to vote in one of two ways:

 I) to continue to full term and make more profit than projected.

II) to close the fund early and take the target value.

Upon receipt of the Trustees Certificate this confirms the client is qualified to receive full pay out upon maturity from the reimbursement fund and certifies the limited loss guarantee (see certificate).

Protocol: The Deed of Trust (DoT) safely secures the clients and business cash flow through an escrow account and holds the deeds to all the properties that the clients money buys. Once maturity allows the sale of the properties the Trust system, and appointed administrator/s, take over and freeze further sales or travel reservations. The property assets are then valued and sold as fast as practicably possible in the most profitable way for the client.

The funds along with the any other assets accumulated by Propertyplus will be distributed to the Subscribers holding valid rights at that time. Not only do our clients benefit from the financial gain of buying and selling properties, but during the term clients may travel to the properties they have invested into free of dynamic rack rates at one fixed cost. No matter where, when or how many travel. This provides our clients with the financial freedom usually reserved for the top tier of society.
