Quote: Articles of Association section 6.5: Once the Gross Valuation exceeds the target, the Directors shall notify all clients. A General Meeting will be called to liquidate the Reimbursement Fund. All property assets may then be disposed of by the trust’s administrator. The Gross sales proceeds net of disposal costs and fees combined with any other assets which form part of the reimbursement fund, shall be disbursed to the clients holding legitimate Subscription Rights.

  • A Trustee is a person or company that holds and administers property or assets for the benefit of a third party.

  • A trust is an arrangement in which one person holds the property of another for the benefit of a third party, called the beneficiary (the client). The beneficiary is the investor of the property.

  • Trusts are vital for secure purchases. Trusts keep the property, and usually the money, out of the hands of the owner. Trustees have certain obligations to the beneficiary (or the client) of the trust.

  • A Trustee is legally bound to act in the best interests of the beneficiary. A trustee is in a special position of confidence in relation to the beneficiary because the trustee has control of property that is essentially owned by the beneficiary.

  • Most Trustees possess special knowledge about trusts and investments. By contrast, many beneficiaries are innocent of such matters. This special knowledge is another feature of the trustee-beneficiary relationship.

  • Trustees must fulfill the terms of the trust, which address such matters as when and how the trust property will be given to the beneficiary and the kinds of transactions the Trustee may conduct with the trust property.

Trustee name:          Fairoak Trustees Limited.       
 

Security:                    Bank guaranteed client account. The Bank is not entitled to combine the client’s account with                                            other accounts or exercise any rights or counterclaim against monies held for clients in these                                            accounts. In the event of Trustee failure, the client’s monies are considered separate. All                                                    properties are free of encumbrance or debt. All property deeds are trustee secured. Parent                                              company is active but non-trading. 
                                
Event of Death:        In the event of death the Subscriber’s Certificate can be  transferred to the next of  kin. Upon                                            maturity the payout will therefore, be collected by the new bearer f the valid certificate.

Term:                          The exit strategy is enforced in 2042 or at a Subscriber majority vote in an five-year period                                                 after target growth is hit, whichever is the soonest. The next review is 2027.

Private liquidation:   The Subscribers reserves the right to resell his or her Subscription holding/s independently of                                           the parent company or its sales agents. No restriction or commission is demanded.

Issue Date:                 Permission to release the first Subscription was issued on The 2nd of November 2017.
                                                               
Annual growth:         Targeted to exceed 8% according to expert estimation listed in The  Articles under the 2006                                              Companies Act, section 6.5 para 4.

Rental opportunity:   Subscriber’s receive rights to occupy their properties or the trustee may hold accumulated                                                funds for the client collected from the public rental of  non-client  occupied  properties.
                                 

Final repayment:       During the final year (please see term), such property assets shall be disposed of  by the                                                    administrator with the co-operation of the Trustee and the net funds realised shall be                                                        distributed by the Trustee, together with any other assets forming the Reimbursement Fund                                            directly to Subscribers holding valid subscription rights.
